How to Install Shockwave Player on 64-bit Systems
Unfortunately, Shockwave Player is not designed to run on most 64-bit web browsers. If you're using a 64-bit operating system, try downloading a 32-bit version of your favorite browser. That way, you can use the 32-bit version whenever you need to view Shockwave content.
