- First, make sure you're running the latest operating system on your computer and the latest version of your browser of choice.
Then try deleting the downloaded clip and redownloading it from our site. Occasionally, during the download process, a clip can lose bits of its data due to bandwidth issues. Redownloading should fix this. Be sure your internet connection is strong during the download. Redownloading footage clips will not deduct any available downloads from your account; licenses clips can be redownloaded indefinitely.
Finally, make sure you have a video player that can play the clip. For editing, all the major video editing programs should work. This includes Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, iMovie, etc. If you just need to play the video, VLC is a great option.
