Our subscription plans provide the best deal on Standard License images and include access to our full library of royalty-free, high-resolution photos, vectors, and illustrations. By enrolling in a subscription, you will have a download allotment, which resets each month at the end of each billing cycle. With our monthly (no contract) subscription, you can cancel anytime by turning off the auto renewal feature. Our FLEX subscriptions provide individual users with access to images, vectors, video, and music all under one plan. A simple credit system provides an all-in-one solution for your creative needs, making it easy to license different assets without having to buy multiple plans. With our easy-to-use credit system, every month you get an allotment of credits to spend on a mix of assets. An image costs 1 credit, a video clip 10 credits, and a music track 4 credits.

On-Demand packs are best suited for fluctuating image needs. FLEX is the most flexible option, giving you access to a variety of assets with an easy credit system.

Our auto renewal feature ensures that your subscription or pack automatically renews so you maintain uninterrupted service. On demand packs renew when the last image is downloaded or once the pack expires after a year, whichever comes first. You can easily manage your auto renewal settings on the plans page. An individual account provides access for only one person to license, download, and use content. If you work on a team or in a company setting, a team subscription or Enterprise account would be the best fit for you. Please contact us and we would be happy to help you find the right plan.

For monthly (no contract) subscriptions, you are free to cancel at any time by turning off auto renewal in your plan settings. Since you have already paid for the monthly subscription at the beginning of the billing cycle, you will still be able to use your remaining downloads or credits until the end of your billing cycle. If you need to terminate your Annual (billed monthly) subscription before the end of the 12 month term, you will be subject to a fee equivalent to the savings you received in comparison to the monthly (no contract) rate. Generally, Shutterstock does not refund purchases once the payment goes through. We can refund purchases made by European Union customers within the first 14 days, provided you haven’t used any downloads or credits. After 14 days or once a plan is used, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Terms of Service for details.
