Basic Rules
  1. The full-color logo should be used where possible, but a black or white version is available for applications limited to one color.

  2. When used over another color, the logo must be knocked out. The Shutterstock logo can appear knocked out over imagery, as long as there is enough contrast between the two.

  3. All instances of the Shutterstock wordmark must be accompanied by the Registered Trademark symbol: ®. You can omit the Registered Trademark symbol, if you accompany it with the following: © 2003-[current year] Shutterstock, Inc. All rights reserved.

  4. To make sure the logo is clear and legible, there is a minimum size requirement. The minimum size is based on the width of the master logo. The logo must be at least 1.3" wide in print. For websites, the logo must be at least 124px wide.

  1. Enough clear space should be made for the logo in order to ensure that it is not crowded or interfered with by other graphic elements.
