Jennie Linden who played Dr Who's assistant Barbara in the 1965 film "Dr Who and the Daleks" alongside Peter Cushing as the Doctor talking to fans. The convention attracted fans from as far away as America and Australia and featured guest visits by former cast members. The BBC put a ban on any of the current Dr Who series stars from apprearing at the event, just in case they accidently gave away the plots.
