Pixels of Fury returned home to New York City for the final live design battle of 2018 with a super challenge. After years enjoying a consecutive stream of superhero movies, it was time for these six New York-based designers to create their own blockbuster superheroes! While the designers assembled a powerful and inspired cast of characters, only one could save the day, winning the title of Pixels of Fury Champion.

Over two high-pressure 20-minute rounds, the contestants designed their version of a superhero. Inspired by everything from Día de los Muertos symbols to futuristic space landscapes (and of course Lycra), each designer turned out to fight the ultimate battle for the furious gold pixel.

Get a look at the talented contestants and the wild crowd in our video recap below, then keep scrolling to see all the designs from Round 1, Round 2, and the Final Round.
